In our natural state we would face each day with joy, peace and a deep connection with our bodies. So why do so many of us feel so bad? Much of it can be blamed on toxicity. Equally many people fall into the opposite camp, living a miserable life wrapped in seaweed and permanently fasting! It needn't be like that: there is a middle way. It is possible to reduce our toxic overload - in body, mind and spirit - and to regain the equilibrium we all so desperately need and desire.
I have always been wary of detoxing. It has become a huge growth industry and a lot of people are making money from it.
